The nextSource
End Vendor Service is a contractual relationship that
enables customers to more effectively manage their vendor
base for temporary or consulting services. Traditionally,
customers have gone through extensive processes to establish
a Preferred Vendor List for these types of services.
With some customers, these processes may take many months
to complete. For whatever reasons, the customer managers
tend to continue to source their temporary workers and
consultants through vendors other than those on the
Preferred Vendor List.
With nextSource's
End Vendor Service, customers designate nextSource as
one of their Preferred Vendors. nextSource then becomes
the exclusive channel through which any temporary worker/consultant,
not originating from one of the other Preferred Vendors,
is able to provide services to the customer.
The process is simple,
uncomplicated and seamless to the customer:
- The customer
places an order with nextSource;
- nextSource invoices
the customer;
- The customer
issues payment to nextSource;
- And nextSource,
in turn, remits payment to the vendor who has ultimately
provided
the individual.
The benefits to
this type of service are:
- Increase Preferred
Supplier Compliance
- Reduce costs
through bill rate benchmarking and negotiations through
the use
of The People Ticker, nextSource's patent pending,
on-line rates
and compensation tool
- Reduce liabilities
associated with off-contract purchases Insure
consistent, auditable processes when using non-preferred
vendors
- Save time and
money through the transfer of time-consuming tasks
of managing
the non-preferred vendors to nextSource
- Allows flexibility
in sourcing for those hard to fill openings resulting
in increased
hiring manager satisfaction
