Joseph Musacchio, President and CEO
At nextSource Mr. Musacchio has created a world-class organization dedicated to
innovation and customer service. Under his leadership and vision, the
nextSource team has developed revolutionary new products and services for the
Human Capital Management industry that offer customers a one-stop-shop for all
of their staffing requirements and related services. Mr. Musacchio's 20
plus-year record of accomplishment in technology and staffing includes
wide-ranging experience in the areas of sales and marketing, business and
corporate development; product management, operations; and venture capital
financing.
Prior to guiding the success of nextSource, Mr.
Musacchio spent five years as a Senior Vice President for a major international
staffing firm. While in this position, he was responsible for pioneering the
"Procurement Solution" for Vendor Management for a leading telecommunications
company. This innovative approach to Vendor Management resulted in over $100
million of savings for the customer while resulting in a $700 million increase
in sales revenue for his firm.
Other innovations resulting from Mr. Musacchio’s
vision include the first People Auction, a web based platform that allows
customers to source consultants at significant savings without the risk of
co-employment; the Multiple Listing Staffing Association, an organization of
staffing agencies modeled after the multiple listing service for the real
estate industry; and, most recently, The People Ticker, the only real-time
compensation tool available in today’s marketplace.
Mr. Musacchio’s career also includes successful
engagements as President and Chief Operating Officer of Data One and President
and Chief Executive Officer of CMI International. He holds a B.S. degree from
the State University of New York.
Fern Swiss, Chief Financial Officer
In more than 10 years with Paramount Pictures, Ms. Swiss managed a full range
of financial responsibilities. As Executive Director, Financial Planning for
the Motion Picture Group she supervised all budgeting, motion picture
profitability projections, and strategic planning. Ms. Swiss was Controller of
the Television Group prior to that, where she was responsible for financial
reporting, setting financial policy, and establishing accounting policies for
emerging media. Prior to that she conducted audits and handled tax preparation
as an Accountant with Eugene V. Rose and Co. Ms. Swiss is a New York State
licensed CPA and has a BS in Accounting from Queens College.
Ed Remus, Senior Vice President of Corporate
Development
As the SVP of Corporate Development, Mr. Remus is primarily responsible for
supplier business development, as well as playing a key role in sales, product
management, procurement and customer implementations. Mr. Remus brings more
than 30 years of business and procurement experience to nextSource from his
positions at Bell Labs, AT&T and Lucent Technologies. For more than 10 of
those years he was involved with the procurement of all categories of
contingent workers and consulting services and was responsible for the
implementation of an On-site Vendor Management Solution for Lucent
Technologies, covering almost 10,000 contingent workers worldwide. Mr. Remus
received a B.S. degree in Business from King's College (Wilkes-Barre, PA) and
an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.
Joanne Bocci, Senior Vice President of Business
Development
As Senior Vice President, Business Development, Ms. Bocci is responsible for
customer relationship management, sales and fulfillment through all of the
nextSource lines of business. Ms. Bocci possesses over 22 years of experience
in the technology consulting, staffing and services industry. She spent over 20
years of her career at Analysts International Corporation where she made key
contributions to building and growing the eastern region as well as
participating in national initiatives to create centers of expertise for the
Company. Ms. Bocci has worked with client organizations of all sizes, across
many industries with a strong focus on understanding the customer's business
needs and delivering solutions that meet those objectives. Ms. Bocci brings
extensive industry experience to nextSource along with a passion for delivering
world class service and solutions to our customers.
Marian Palionis, Vice President, The People
Ticker
Ms. Palionis has more than 20
years of experience in the staffing industry, starting with the role of
Recruiter. Since then she has held positions including Recruiting Manager,
Branch Manager, and Director of Regional Operations for a $2 billion staffing
firm. Previously, Marian served as Director of Operations for nextsource. Ms.
Palionis has extensive experience in implementing vendor/agency management
programs throughout her career. She has a B.S. degree from the State University
of Buffalo.
Jai Gulati, Vice President of Staffing
Jai has over ten years of experience in various business sectors, with an
emphasis in operations, process & procedures, technology consulting,
staffing and services within the Information Technology, Temporary Workers and
Healthcare sector. Jai began his recruiting career as an ERP Recruiter. Since
then, he has held positions as Staffing Consultant, Recruiting Manager,
Regional Manager, and in his last position as Director of IT and Healthcare
Operations. Jai's expertise lies in process improvement, process
re-engineering, and being the conduit between the business and operations. He
has worked with client organizations of all sizes, across many industries with
a strong focus on understanding the clients' needs and helping them in meeting
those objectives. Jai brings extensive industry experience to nextSource along
with a passion for creating a world-class staffing and services organization.
Cristian Perez, Director of Technology
Cris has 10 years of experience in the field, and previous to joining
nextSource, he was the Asst. Director of Information Systems and a technical
project manager for FactSet Research Systems, a company in Norwalk CT in the
financial software industry. Cris also has a B.S. in Comp Science and an M.S.
in Technical Communication.
