John Sculley
Chairman of the Advisory Board, Mr. Sculley is currently
a partner and co-founder of Sculley Brothers LLC, a
New York based private investment firm. Mr. Sculley
is best known for his impressive accomplishments while
serving as the CEO of both Pepsi and Apple Computer.
Mr. Sculley has created a remarkable reputation for
creating successful brands as well as an ability to
demystify the complexities of technology and how it
streamlines overall business processes and efficiencies.
Over the past five
years, Mr. Sculley has spent his time as a consultant,
advisor and investor to various companies spanning numerous
industries. Recently, Mr. Sculley wished to lend his
expertise to a significant player in the rapidly emerging
HCM industry. After performing an extensive due diligence
on the industry, he found nextSource to be the best-positioned
company to lead this new and exciting market. nextSource
has retained Mr. Sculley to help optimize our business
development and marketing initiatives. In collaboration,
our management and Mr. Sculley created the name nextSource,
and he is now assisting nextSource in re-inventing work
services. Mr. Sculley also sits on the boards of companies
such as HotWire, MetroPCS and InPhonic.
Thomas Etergino
Mr. Etergino is currently the CFO of LSSi Corp.,
the leading provider of advanced directory assistance
database services located in Edison NJ. Prior to joining
LSSi, Mr. Etergino was with DoubleClick Inc. for 5 years.
While at DoubleClick he was the CFO of their Technology
division where he had primary responsibility for all
of the Technology division’s finance activities spanning
24 countries worldwide. Prior to becoming the CFO of
the Technology division, Mr. Etergino was the Treasurer
of DoubleClick's $800+ million cash and investment portfolio
and was the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, responsible
for all accounting related matters worldwide. Mr. Etergino
came to DoubleClick from Time Warner Inc. where he was
a manager in their Corporate Finance group focusing
primarily on deal-related finance issues, SEC reporting,
and technical accounting. Prior to Time Warner he spent
8+ years in the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand
where his responsibilities included the worldwide audit
engagements of such clients as Johnson & Johnson and
Midlantic National Bank. In addition, he lived in Eastern
Europe for several years working as a consultant to
both U.S. multi-national's such as Philip Morris, Ford
Motor Company, 3M and AT&T as well as consulting for
local companies trying to compete in the new global
economy. Mr. Etergino graduated from Washington and
Lee University in 1988 and is a CPA.
Craig S. Collins
As Principal and Founder of Collins Associates Inc.,
Mr. Collins’ seventeen (17) years of corporate and contingency
recruiting experience provide him a unique understanding
of the staffing industry. Mr.
Collins began his recruiting career in 1985 when he
joined Setford-Shaw Inc., a New York based Information
Technology search firm. He spent five years recruiting
for the banking/brokerage and software development industries
before leaving in 1990 to open Collins Personnel Inc.
For the six years that followed Collins Personnel Inc.
served the staffing needs of public and private companies
in the software development and financial services industries.
Mr. Collins joined
Sybase Inc. as a consultant in 1996 where he managed
the New York Professional Services recruiting team for
the next two years. Upon completion of his assignment
at Sybase Inc. Mr. Collins accepted a short contract
in the Technology Infrastructure department of Merrill
Lynch. In 1998 Mr. Collins joined DoubleClick, a marketing
solutions company, as a contract recruiter. Within six
months he was hired as the Director of Recruiting and
over the next three and a half years built and managed
a team of twenty-five (25) throughout the United States
and Canada. At DoubleClick Mr. Collins was responsible
for the design and implementation of all staffing policies,
procedures and programs. In addition Mr. Collins gained
experience in Talent Planning, Career Pathing, Succession
Planning, Campus Recruiting, On-Boarding and a host
of other staffing related topics.
He was a "First
Advisor Member" of the Corporate Leadership Council's
Recruiting Roundtable, and a member of the New York
Technical Recruiters Association (NYTRA). A native of
New York, Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Business and Economics from the State University
of New York College at Oneonta in 1983. He resides on
Long Island.
